*The product prices advertised on our website are valid for shipping within İstanbul (F. O. B.), all other shipping and customs fees are reverse-charged to the client.

*Please note that you need to be informed on import tax policies in your country, and Los Banditos claims no responsibility for any hidden charges.

*As soon as you receive your order confirmation, you need to supply us with the details of your preferred courier company or any other intermediary, so that we can deliver your order through them.

*Los Banditos would be glad to assist you in case you don't have a courier company. We have a corporate agreement with DHL Express, and manage to get the best shipping quotations for your convenience.

*Shipping charges vary, depending on the weight and package dimentions of your order, also the country and the preferred method of shipment (standard or fast). We can calculate the shipping cost upon confirming and packing your order. Therefore, we cannot quote specific shipping costs for any unconfirmed orders.

*Within 1 or 2 working days following the confirmed order, the shipping charges are calculated, added to the price of the order and the final cost is e-mailed to the receiving party for confirmation.

*The shipping procedure begins on the day Los Banditos receives the payment (except for official holidays and Sundays)

*Upon shipment, you can track the condition of your shipment using the tracking number given to you.

*The process of supplying necessary documents and the confirmation of the authorities for the shipments to Customs Union countries that hold ATR Certificates can take 2-3 business days. This certificate grants you the exemption of duties for the trade with our country.

*The list of Free Trade Agreement countries that qualify for ATR Certificate shippings are as follows:

*The orders placed on weekend days or official holidays are processed on the first following business day.

*The delivery periods for Europe and USA will be 2-7 days, depending on the preferred method of shipment (standard or express).
