Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

Los Banditos manufactures every product in Istanbul and checks each order before packing. Because we sell at wholesale prices, we accept returns and exchanges for defective or wrongly sent items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

How to request a return

1. Email info@wholesalebohoclothing.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s).
2. We review your request and reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
• Used or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects.
• For defective or wrongly sent items, we cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we send a replacement or refund the amount of the affected items to your original payment method (card or bank transfer). Refunds are processed within 5 business days; depending on your bank, it can take up to 2 weeks to appear on your account.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it has been shipped by emailing us. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
