wholesalebohoclothing.com is operated by Bandito Giyim Tekstil İthalat İhracat Ltd. Şti. (“Los Banditos”, “we”), Şahkulu Mah. Galipdede Cad. No:34, Galata, Beyoğlu, 34421 Istanbul, Türkiye. By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version published here applies.

2. Wholesale accounts

This website sells to businesses (boutiques, online stores, retailers and distributors). Wholesale prices are visible only to approved buyers. You can apply for an account through our wholesale application form. We may approve, decline or close an account at our discretion, for example if the information provided is incorrect. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Orders and contract

After you place an order you receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order; it is not yet an acceptance. We check stock, pack your order and send you the final total including FedEx shipping. The contract is concluded when you pay this final total. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was displayed incorrectly; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Prices

Prices are wholesale prices in US dollars. They do not include shipping or the import duties and taxes of the destination country. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order applies. There is no minimum order quantity.

5. Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card through our payment provider iyzico, or by bank transfer in USD or EUR. Orders ship after payment is received. Confirmed orders that are not paid within 1 week may be cancelled.

6. Shipping and customs

Orders ship from Istanbul with FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or events beyond our control. The buyer is the importer of record and pays any import duties and taxes on delivery. See our Shipping policy.

7. Returns and defective items

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or wrongly sent items reported within 21 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.

8. Use of website content

All content on this website (product photos, texts, logos and designs) belongs to Los Banditos. Approved buyers may use our product photos to sell Los Banditos products they have purchased from us. Any other copying or use requires our written permission. You may not misuse the website, submit false information or interfere with its security.

9. Liability

We make every effort to show accurate product information, colours and sizes, but small differences may occur. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
