Shipping policy

How shipping works

  1. Place your order. No payment is needed at checkout when you choose "Bank Transfer / Pay after confirmation".
  2. We confirm and pack it. Within 1–2 business days we check stock, pack your order and weigh it.
  3. We send you the final total. You receive an email with the FedEx shipping cost added, including a card payment link and our bank details.
  4. We ship with FedEx. Your order ships on the day we receive your payment (except Sundays and official holidays). You receive a FedEx tracking number by email.

Shipping cost

All orders ship from Istanbul, Türkiye with FedEx International. The cost depends on the weight and size of your package and the destination country, so we quote it once your order is packed.

Delivery times

Europe and USA: usually 2–7 business days after shipment. For other countries we let you know the estimate together with your shipping quote. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays are processed on the next business day.

Customs and import duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are paid by the buyer on delivery. Please check the import rules in your country; Los Banditos is not responsible for charges set by local customs.

ATR certificate (duty exemption)

For shipments to EU Customs Union countries we can issue an ATR certificate, which exempts the goods from customs duty. Preparing it can add 2–3 business days.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct – FedEx needs the phone number for delivery and customs. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
